Order Guide

There are 3 ways in which you can place your purchasing order. :) Following are the guide for the 3 ways in which you can purchase: Whatsapp/Email/Sms/LiveChat Order, Website Cart Checkout and Upfront Order (Office visit). Please choose one method only.

Whatsapp, Email , Sms, Website LiveChat Order:

 

  1. You found your desired product(s) here on the website or from the brochure, our Carousell, Ebay, or Facebook page.

  2. Whatsapp, Email, Sms, or LiveChat us  to enquire of desired product. We will then help you with all your enquiries. After you have contacted us on either of the platform and need to go off, please return to us on the similar platform so that we can identify you.

  3. Once confirmed of your purchase, on the current platform you are using, Whatsapp, Email, Sms or LiveChat, send us the name of your desired product(s), and details such as size, color or attachments (if any), along with your name, contact info, email address, payment method (Paypal, i-banking, atm transfer and cash on delivery) and collection method (address required for registered and courier postage).

  4. We will then immediately send you a payment invoice with an order number by Whatsapp or Email only (we can't transfer images and keep a detail record on LiveChat and Sms). Please log into your email or open your Whatsapp to check the invoice. The invoice will state item(s) description & info, amount payable and all of the info you provided on the above.

  5. After receving the payment invoice, please proceed to make payment within 24 hours for order to be smoothly processed, therefore if you do not wish for your item(s) to be delayed, please do so within 24 hours.

 

 

Please choose 1 payment method below and follow through:

  • Paypal: Please Whatsapp/Sms us your Paypal username. After, log into your Paypal account and search for LifeHXXXX. Key in the amount based on the payment invoice and click send. Take note: Do not xxxxxxxxxxx!!!!! We will then verify the payment and Whatsapp/Sms you a payment received confirmation.

  • Atm transfer: Kindly visit any nearby atm machine of your bank. After keying in your 6 digit pin number, on the main menu, press more services > fund transfer  > DBS plus > enter our account number: > confirm > press 'to another account > if correct. You will then receive a transaction receipt. Please snapshot the transaction receipt and email/Whatsapp us along with your order number for verification purpose. 

  • i-banking:

  • Cash on delivery: If you prefer to pay us upfront, you can opt for this option. After receiving your order invoice and number, please visit us at 950 Hougang St 91 #08-310. We will then issue you a hard copy of the collection invoice for collection at a later date. Please notify us before heading over as our office can be locked at times

 

 

  • We will then proceed on to process and send your order to our warehouse at once. For back order item(s), shipment will also be arranged on the day itself.

  • Shipment procedure will begin immediately on the following day by our overseas warehouse executive.Entire shipment process will take 4 to 7 day (excluding weekends), subjecting to sea/air frieght operations and thorough custom check. Singapoe goods custom do not operate in the weekend, which will add another 1 or 2 days to the process.

  • After having received the goods at our Singapore warehouse, we will notify you at once. Collection method will then be executed. Please refer to our delivery & collection guide here.

  • Purchase complete. For products with money back guarantee, if you express unsatisfaction and wish for a refund, please refer to here.

  • Electronic products with warranty and its procedure, please refer to here.

Webstore Cart Checkout:

 

  1. You found your desired product(s) here on our website.

  2. On the poduct page, click add to cart. On the product page you may only choose up to 10 quantity but you can edit the quantity to any number in the website shopping cart later. 

  3. Shopping cart icon located on the top in the site header on the right (Yellow shopping bag) .

  4. Click on the cart, and the cart will appear as a side window. Click on 'veiw cart' to edit item(s) quantity or remove added item(s)

  5. From the cart page onwards, all info and data you provided will be secured with SSL online shopping security. 

  6. Important!!! Before checking out, at the bottom of the cart page, click on 'Add note to seller' in red, and include your your name, contact info, intended payment method (Paypal, i-banking, bank info required) email address, and collection method (address required for registered and courier postage). If not we won't be able totrack or identify you. 

  7. And then proceed to click on checkout. If you are paying by Paypal, click on 'Paypal checkout'. If you are paying by atm transfer, i-banking or cash on delivery, click on 'checkout' will do.

 

 

Based on the above checkout method you chose:

  • Paypal Checkout: Before checking out, at 'Add note to seller' in red, click to include your your name, contact info, Paypal info, email address, and collection method (address required for registered and courier postage). If not we won't be able to track or identify you. Choose your collection/delivery method, and the page will direct you towards the Paypal page. Sign in to confirm the total amount payable. Take note: Do not xxxxxxxxxxx!!!!! We will then verify the payment and Whatsapp/Sms you a payment received confirmation along with a collection invoice.

  • Checkout (Atm transfer): Kindly visit any nearby atm machine of your bank. After keying in your 6 digit pin number, on the main menu, press more services > fund transfer  > DBS plus > enter our account number: > confirm > press 'to another account > if correct. You will then receive a transaction receipt. Please snapshot the transaction receipt and email/Whatsapp us along with your order number for verification purpose. We will then send you a collection invoice.

  • Checkout (i-banking):

  • Checkout (Cash on delivery): If you prefer to pay us upfront, you can opt for this option. After receiving your order invoice and number, please visit us at 950 Hougang St 91 #08-310. We will then issue you a hard copy of the invoice for your reference. Please notify us before heading over as our office can be locked at times

 

  • We will then proceed on to process and send your order to our warehouse at once. For back order item(s), shipment will also be arranged on the day itself.

Upfront Order On Visit (Appointment Only):

 

 

  1. You found your desired product(s) here on the website or from the brochure, our Carousell, Ebay, or Facebook page.

  2. Whatsapp, Email, Sms, or LiveChat us  to enquire of desired product. We will then help you with all your enquiries. After you have contacted us on either of the platform and need to go off, please return to us on the similar platform so that we can identify you.

  3. You feel that you are in need of speaking to us face to face and to see and feel the product before purchasing.

  4. Notify us of a date and time slot. We will then confirm with you for you to come over.Take note: If you visit without informing us, we might not be able to serve you immediately and therefore we will require you to wait. To prevent that, please make an appointment with us before heading over. 

  5. Once you have spoken to either one of our service team and satisfied with the deal, we will confirm and make an order base on your request. A hardcopy inovice will be issued to you based on the order. Please do provide us with your name, contact info, email address and collection method (address required for registered and courier postage)

  6. For on site visit upfront order, we suggest upfront payment so that we can directly issue you a collection invoice instead of a payment invoice.

  7. If in cases whereby you can't make payment upfront, we can accept other forms of payment at a later time. We will then issue you a payment invoice instead. Please proceed to make payment within 24 hours for order to be smoothly processed, therefore if you do not wish for your item(s) to be delayed, please do so within 24 hours.
