Q: What type of payment do LifeHackers accept when I purchase?

A: We accept i-banking, ATM transfers with all the major banks, paypal, VISA/Mastercard and cash on delivery. :)

 

 

Q: Which bank account do I transfer to LifeHackers when I purchase with ATM/I-banking?

A: LifeHackers bank account details is as follows - For interbank transfer, do select FAST payment option. Note that you can transfer from DBS/UOB/OCBC etc. to our POSB account.

Q: I do not know how to make payment, as I do not know paypal, i-banking, atm transfer and have no VISA/Mastercard.

A: Contact us. :) We will guide you the step by step with atm transfer and i-banking. Alternatively, you can visit us directly for cash on delivery to make your purchase. Contact us before coming. :)

Q: How long do I have to make payment after I checkout

A: Do note that orders will not be processed and will be deleted if payment is not received within 24 hours. This is to keep up with our invoicing serial and order processing procedure to ensure there is no hiccups. You can submit/checkout a new order if your order has been deleted. :)

 

 

Delivery & Self Collection

Q: What types of delivey mode do you provide?

A: We provide 2 types of handing over when your item is ready. 1. Self-collect at our office. 2. Singpost Registered/Courier service (Singapost charges apply).

 

 

Returns/Money back guarantee

Q: What are yourmoney back guarantee policies?

A: If in cases when you are not satisfied with your purchase*, we do provide a number of days for money back guarantee (Nintendo DS/3DS: 3 Days, PS4: 1 Day, PopArt: 1 Day) from the day of purchase. Items must be returned with receipt anf in original condition with undamaged packaging along with all of its accessories. A full refund will be entitled to you via i-banking. Returns applicable to on site visit of our office. Toys & figurines are not applicable for return. Please email/SMS/Whatsapp us to make an arrangement.

 

 

Q: I am not free to visit your office for a return. Can I send it back to you via registered mail or courier service?

A: Sure, however do take note that you have to bear the charges applies. We will provide refund only after having received the items and checked that it is in good as new condition.

 

 

Q: Will it be possible if I opt for an exchange instead of a refund?

A: For products with money back guarantee, yes you can. However do take note that for preorder items, another 4 - 7 days of shipment duration applies. Just submit a new order for the new item along with its pricing (if any).

Q: Will there be any discount programmes or promotions available?

Q: Yes! Only for some but not all items. As we are an online store, we are facing huge demand from consumers all over the net, therefore it is nearly impossible for us to meet the demand of each and every of them at a precise timing. Therefore we take pre-order, and your goods will be ready for collection in 4 - 8 days time (shipment takes 3 to 6 days). We are always doing our best to failitate, which is the reason why we provide money back guarantee and tangibility for a certain range of our products.
