Delivery & Collection

Once you place your order for the desired product, you will be advise on collection method. If you are checking out from our website, please go into the shopping cart and verify your added product and its quantity. Once done, click *Add note to

seller* at the bottom of the cart page and advise of your collection method along with name and contact details. You will then receive an invoice stating of your order and collection details via email/Whatsapp or SMS.  Once it is ready for collection, we will notify you via phone or Whatsapp.    

 

Self Collection

 

  • Upon receiving our notification, please confirm with us a date and timing of collection of your desire. Please provide your name, contact details and order number upon arrival for verification. Those with hard copy invoice received upfront payment may produce your invoice.  

  • We will then check and go thru item(s) with you to further ensure it is the correct one.  

  • Note: Do collect your order once it is ready for collection. Uncollected orders will be kept in our inventory until you when you are free to come and collect. In stock items will be ready for collection 1 day after order is made. 

  • Currently, we are located at BLK 950 Hougang St 91 #01-310. (S)530950, from 10 am to 9 pm, Mon - Sun (excluding PH).

 

Registered Postage

  • Delivery will takes 3 - 5 days via Singpost local registered mail. Delivery time excludes product checking & administrative processes.

  • As our product consist of fragile electronic parts, we do not want to hold responsibility for any loss/damage in normal mail delivery. Therefore we only handle registered postage. We care for your product as much as we care for our own. But if you insist on normal postage, we will grant it as you wish. Normal postage charge applies. 

  • Item is mailed out by Singpost within 48 hours upon payment verification, excludes weekends & public holidays.

  • We will include a hardcopy invoice into the parcel.

  • Delivery is trackable.

  • There is a one time charge of $3.24.

  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.

  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office. Customer will be required to bring down the notification slip with NRIC to collect.

 

Courier

  • Delivery takes 2 - 3 days. Delivery time excludes product checking & administrative processes.

  • Item is mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays.

  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.

  • We will include a hardcopy invoice into the parcel.

  • There is a one time charge of $2.50

  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.

  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery. Evening delivery can be arranged in this manner.

 

Overseas Postage

  • For overseas delivery, please contact us directly to arrange shipment.

  • Delivery company is via airmail Singpost.

 

Mailing hours

  • Your orders will only be processed and packaged during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 9.00am to 8 pm, Monday - Sunday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
